Old Perithia: is a "living museum". It is an abandoned village. The visitor can easily notice the impressive old lifestyle of this village. It has Venetian style and very old history. There are many churches and houses built from stone. It was founded as a refuge from pirate raids. The village was once extremely wealthy - it used to have extensive fields. In the 20th century, the village was abandoned.
