Only one kilometer from the famous bay of Saint Stefanos and within the same distance from Kerasia and Avlaki, at the Northeastern area of Corfu , is located a complex of four apartments. The two of them are properties for rental, built in front of a truly huge swimming pool accompanied by a children pool as well.

| Both properties are respecting the Corfiot architecture and they fit perfectly into the blossoming Mediterranean nature. They are ground floor apartments and each of them has a very pretty terrace, at which can be set a dinning table. The terraces are surrounded with roses. |

| Each apartment has also spacious sitting area, with sofa, small coffee table and armchair and also dinning table with its chairs. An arched door leads to the kitchen which is separated and not adjoined with the dinning area, something that is an advantage of course, as far as cleanness and space.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The internal roof is made of wood and the external follows the Mediterranean architecture and is made of tiles. |
One of the apartments has 2 bedrooms with two twin beds and the other one two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. There is also cupboard and small table with mirror on the wall. Both properties have bathroom with shower. French windows allow the light and the fresh air to come inside.
